Students took the drivers seat this week while drafting a vision for a new Angling Road Elementary. Architects and designers in charge of creating the new school spent the day hearing directly from students on what would make a great new learning space. It will be a busy few years at Portage Public Schools as plans to open three new schools in three years come to life.  After the passing of the 2025 Bond to Finish the Job , PPS is forging ahead to replace our oldest elementary schools in the coming years. The District plans to open three new elementary schools in three consecutive years, beginning with Woodland in 2027.
